SHIPPING POLICY
Each piece is hand made. If you are requesting a size that is not in stock it may take up to 21 days. Let me know if it is urgent for a date and I will try my best to make it faster. Otherwise I will try and post each item within 3 days. Each item is express posted with a tracking number that will be supplied to you.
Postage is $16 Australia wide. Signature on delivery required.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I want you to love your piece as much as I have loved making it. As each piece is handmade and a unique piece of art, it may differ slightly from the image you see online. If you have any concerns and don't love your piece, please contact me ASAP (within 7 days) for a return. Return postage at your expense. Refund will be less the shipping costs originally incurred.
All pieces are hand made and checked before going out, but as life happens, I am happy to repair, re-oxidise and reseal for a small fee. I would rather you be wearing them than they sit in a drawer. Just contact me.
If you have purchased this for someone else and it does not fit, contact me for a resize, exchange, or refund, less the shipping costs originally incurred.
