Cuttlefish Casting
EACH PIECE IS UNIQUE
The ancient technique of cuttlefish casting creates unique pieces each time. The striations of the cuttlefish bone create a fingerprint on the design surface and the mould can only be used once.
As these pieces are created from nature they all have an organicness to them. Anomalies and imperfections are celebrated. However, if you like the design of a ring but would prefer a polished surface that can be done too.
